Grooming Courses

Many dogs need frequent and regular groom to help maintain their hygiene and cleanliness (and to keep them looking good!), and regular visits to the groomers could be expensive for some. 

That is why Doggie Amour designed a series of short grooming courses to teach dog owners how to groom their own dogs and keep them looking good and hygienic. These courses are also great for owners whose dog is anxious, more nervous in nature, or have severe seperation anxiety, which make it hard for him/her to attend a grooming salon, and would do better if he/she was to be groomed at home by their owners.

 

The Dog Owner Short Grooming Courses range from learning how to do Basic Maintenance Groom, how to maintain the Oral Hygiene, to performing a Complete Professional Looking Groom on your dog. This are truely hands on practical courses for serious dog owners who want to do more for their beloved pooches, or for groomers who want to advance their skills in learning to groom dogs of a specific breeds, or to learn other skills such as Teeth Scaling and Hair Dyeing. 

The courses are conducted by our lead groomers, as one to one training course, which run from 2-3 hours.  These sessions are only run at quieter times of the year. Please email for more information.
